Thai Burger
A flavorful twist on the classic burger, featuring a crispy Thai-style patty and sweet buns.
Ingredients
- β250g minced burger
- β100g croatian burger
- β4 buns
- β100g aeratedfor serving
- β2 tbsp fish sauce
- β1 tsp brown sugar
- β1 tsp garlic powder
- βto taste black pepper
- βto taste salt
- β2 tbsp vegetable oil

1. Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.

2. In a small bowl, mix together fish sauce, brown sugar, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt.

3. Add the mixture to the minced burger and stir until just combined.

4. Divide the mixture into 4 equal parts and shape into patties.

5. Brush the patties with vegetable oil and cook for 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked through.

6. Meanwhile, toast the buns on the grill or in a toaster.

7. Assemble the burgers by spreading a small amount of aerated on the bottom bun, followed by a cooked patty, a few slices of croatian burger, and finally the top bun.
