- ●1 kg Croque burger patty (mix of burger and aerated)Season with salt and pepper to taste
- ●200g Gruyère cheese
- ●50g Butter
- ●100g HamThinly sliced
- ●1 head Lettuce
- ●2 Tomato
- ●100g Mayonnaise
- ●50g Mustard

Preheat a non-stick pan over medium heat.

Butter one side of each bun.

Cook the burger patty in the pan, approximately 4-5 minutes per side.

Meanwhile, toast the buns in the oven at 180°C for 5 minutes.

Assemble the burger by spreading mayonnaise on the bottom bun, followed by a lettuce leaf, a tomato slice, a few slices of ham, the cheese, and finally the burger patty.
