Smoked Namul Pudding
A unique German-inspired dessert that combines the flavors of korean namul with smoky pudding.
Ingredients
- β2 cups namul
- β1 cup, crumbled black pudding
- β1 tsp smoked paprikafor smoky flavor
- β0.5 tsp adventurous spice blendoptional, for extra kick
- β2 tbsp sugar
- β1 cup heavy cream
- β4 tbsp unsalted butter
- β1 tsp kosher salt

1. Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

2. In a saucepan, combine namul, black pudding, smoked paprika, and adventurous spice blend (if using). Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, until mixture is heated through.

3. In a separate saucepan, whisk together sugar, heavy cream, and butter. Bring mixture to a simmer over medium heat, whisking constantly.

4. Remove cream mixture from heat and let cool slightly.

5. Add cooked namul mixture to cream mixture and stir until smooth.

6. Pour pudding mixture into individual serving cups or ramekins.

7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until set.

8. Remove from oven and let cool to room temperature.

9. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until chilled.

10. Serve chilled, garnished with additional namul if desired.
