Pork Back Ribs Casserole
A twist on traditional pork ribs by baking them in a delicious casserole. This dish is perfect for a family dinner.
Ingredients
- β2 pounds Pork back ribs
- β1 cup Casserole
- β2 tablespoons Velvety
- β2 tablespoons Olive oilto grease the baking dish
- β1 medium, chopped Onion
- β3 cloves, minced Garlic
- β1 cup Bread crumbs
- β1 cup, shredded Cheddar cheese
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with olive oil.

In a large skillet, cook the chopped onion and minced garlic over medium heat until softened.

Add the pork back ribs to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side.

Transfer the ribs to the prepared baking dish and top with casserole, velvety, and bread crumbs.

Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.

Remove the foil and top with shredded cheddar cheese. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
