Thai Hoisin Chicken Stir Fry
Quick and easy Thai-inspired stir fry made with chicken, hoisin sauce, and vegetables. Serve over rice for a tasty and satisfying meal.
Ingredients
- β1 pound chicken breastcut into bite-sized pieces
- β2 tablespoons hoisin sauceor more to taste
- β2 tablespoons vegetable oilfor stir-frying
- β2 cloves garlicminced
- β1 bell peppersliced
- β1 cup snow peassliced
- β1 tablespoon sugaroptional
Instructions

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.

Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the remaining 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil.

Add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.

Add the sliced bell pepper and cook for 2-3 minutes, until tender.

Add the snow peas and cook for an additional 2 minutes, until tender.

Return the chicken to the skillet and stir in the hoisin sauce.
