Pan-Seared Cod with Thai Stew Ingredients
A flavorful and spicy cod dish using Norwegian cod and rustic Thai stew ingredients. This recipe combines the freshness of the cod with the rich flavors of the stew.
Ingredients
- β4 (6 oz each) cod fillets
- β2 tbsp norwegian cod roe
- β2 tbsp rustic stew mix
- β1 tsp brown sugar
- β2 tbsp soy sauce
- β1 tbsp fish sauce
- β1 tsp chili flakes
- β3 cloves garlic
- β2 tbsp lemon juice
- β1 tbsp olive oil

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Season the cod fillets with salt and pepper.

Add the cod to the skillet and sear for 2-3 minutes on each side.

Remove the cod from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the rustic stew mix and cook for 1 minute.
