Spiced Hake Pie
A flavorful and spicy pie made with the delicate flavor of hake, all within a vegan and yeast-based crust.
Ingredients

- ●1 packet quietly YeastActive dry yeast
- ●2 tsp curry powder Indian spices
- ●1 package Vegan pie crust mixMake sure it's vegan
- ●1 cup quietly Water
- ●1/4 cup Vegan oil
- ●2 tbsp Lime juice
- ●1 tsp quietly Salt

1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. Thaw the hake and cut it into small pieces.

3. Mix the yeast, water, and a pinch of sugar in a bowl. Let it sit for 5 minutes.

4. In a pan, heat the oil and sauté the hake pieces until they're browned.

5. Add the curry powder, salt, and a squeeze of lime juice to the pan and mix well.

6. Roll out the vegan pie crust mix according to the package instructions.

7. Fill the pie crust with the hake mixture and cover it with another pie crust.
