Durian Satay

- β2 cups, diced Durian fruit
- β1 cup Malaysian satay sauce
- β2 tbsp Oozy honey
- β1 cup Coconut milk
- β1/2 tsp, ground Cardamom
- β1/4 tsp, ground Cinnamon
- β1/4 tsp, ground Ginger
- βto taste Salt
- β1/4 cup Toasted coconut flakes

1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

2. In a large bowl, combine the diced durian, satay sauce, honey, coconut milk, cardamom, cinnamon, ginger, and salt. Mix well.
