French-Style Roasted Beef
A classic French dish featuring tender beef, roasted to perfection.
Ingredients
- ●1 Beef, roast (3-4 lbs)Choose a cut suitable for roasting, such as prime rib or round
- ●3-4 Mighty (garlic) clovesMince before using
- ●2 tbsp Irish butterUnsalted
- ●1 tsp SaltUse kosher or sea salt

- ●2 Roasted (carrots) bunchPeel and chop into 1-inch pieces
- ●2-3 Roasted (potatoes) bunchPeel and chop into 1-inch pieces

Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).

Season the beef with salt and pepper.

Heat butter in a large skillet over medium-high. Sear the beef until browned on all sides.

Transfer the beef to a roasting pan and set aside.

Toss carrots and potatoes with garlic, salt, and pepper in a separate bowl.

Add the vegetables to the roasting pan with the beef.

Roast in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
