- ●2 medium Roasted Carrotspeeled and chopped
- ●1 tsp Fresh Thyme
- ●1 tsp Salt
- ●1 tsp Black Pepper

Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).

Season the beef roast with salt, black pepper, and fresh thyme.

Heat a large Dutch oven over medium-high heat. Sear the beef roast until browned on all sides, about 2-3 minutes per side.
