- β1 tsp Tagine spice blend
- β1 tsp Salt
- β1/2 tsp Black pepper
- β1/4 cup Chopped fresh parsley

Heat oil in a clay pot over medium-high heat.

Brown the beef cubes, about 5 minutes.
