French Coconut Cream Tart
A rich and creamy tart featuring a flaky pastry crust, topped with a coconut cream filling and baked to perfection.

- β1 can Coconut Cream
- β1/2 cup Algerian Creamor substitute with heavy cream
- β1/4 cup Sugar
- β1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- β2 Egg Yolks

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

Roll out the pastry dough and place it in a tart pan.

Bake the pastry crust for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the coconut cream, Algerian cream, sugar, and vanilla extract.
