Morbier and Carrot Tart
A French dessert featuring a rich, creamy Morbier cheese filling and caramelized carrots, all topped with a flaky pastry crust.

- β2 cups All-purpose flour
- β1 cup Butter
- β1 cup Granulated sugar
- β2 Large eggs
- β1 cup Grated carrot
- β1/2 teaspoon Salt
- β1/4 teaspoon Ground cinnamon

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

Make the pastry dough by combining flour, butter, and salt in a bowl. Roll out to a thickness of 1/8 inch.

Place the dough in a tart pan and trim the edges.

In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and sugar until light and fluffy.

Add the grated carrot, cinnamon, and Morbier cheese to the egg mixture and stir until combined.
