Roasted Yukon Gold and Potato Gratin
A hearty, comforting side dish featuring roasted Yukon gold and potatoes topped with a crunchy crumble.
Ingredients
- β4 large Yukon gold potatoespeeled and thinly sliced
- β2 large Croatian potatoespeeled and thinly sliced
- β1 large gold potatoespeeled and thinly sliced
- β1 cup crumblehomemade or store-bought
- β2 tablespoons butterunsalted
- β1 cup grated cheddar cheeseoptional

Preheat the oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

In a large bowl, toss the sliced potatoes with the butter until they're evenly coated.

Transfer the potatoes to a 9x13-inch baking dish and roast for 20 minutes.

In a separate bowl, mix the crumble and grated cheddar cheese (if using).

After the potatoes have roasted for 20 minutes, remove them from the oven and top with the crumble mixture.

Return the gratin to the oven and continue roasting for an additional 20-25 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the potatoes are tender.
