Croatian Potato Gratin
A twist on the classic Mexican dish, this Croatian potato gratin combines flavors and textures for a delicious meal.
Ingredients
- ●2 large croatian potatoespeeled and thinly sliced
- ●1 large gold potatoespeeled and thinly sliced
- ●1 large yukon potatoespeeled and thinly sliced
- ●1 onion ichopped
- ●1 cup crumble
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Butter a 9x13-inch baking dish.

In a large bowl, combine the sliced potatoes and chopped onion.

In a separate bowl, mix together 1/4 cup of grated cheese and 1 tablespoon of chopped fresh cilantro.

Spoon half of the potato mixture into the prepared baking dish.

Sprinkle half of the cheese and cilantro mixture over the potatoes.

Spoon the remaining potato mixture over the cheese and cilantro mixture.

Sprinkle the remaining cheese and cilantro mixture over the top.

Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.

Remove the foil and continue baking for an additional 20-25 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and golden brown.
