Croatian Potato Crumble
A gluten-free take on a classic dish, combining the flavors of Croatia with the comfort of a warm crumble.

- β1 lb croatian sausage
- β3 large yukon gold potatoespeeled and diced
- β1 large gold potatoespeeled and diced
- β1 cup potatoesshredded
- β1 cup crumble

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

Cook the Croatian sausage in a large skillet over medium-high heat, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks, until browned and cooked through.

Add the diced i to the skillet and cook until they start to soften.

Add the diced potatoes to the skillet and cook until they are slightly tender.

Transfer the mixture to a 9x13 inch baking dish.

In a separate bowl, mix together the crumble and a pinch of salt.
