French Crumble Crostini
A simple French appetizer featuring toasted bread topped with a mixture of crumbled cheese and caramelized onions.

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Slice the brioche bread into 1/2-inch thick rounds and toast until lightly browned.

In a pan over medium heat, caramelize the sliced onions with butter until golden brown.

In a separate bowl, mix together the crumbled Gruyère cheese and flour.

To assemble the crostini, place a toasted bread round on a baking sheet and top with a spoonful of caramelized onions and a sprinkle of cheese mixture.
