Delicate Lamb Tagine

- β1.5 kg Lamb Shoulder
- β2 tbsp Delicate Olive Oil
- β3 cloves Roasted Garlic
- β1 tsp Saudi Arabian Cinnamon
- β1 tsp Arabian Ground Ginger
- β1 tsp Salt
- β1/2 tsp Black Pepper
- β1 cup Dried Apricots
- β1 cup Pitted Dates
- β1/4 cup Chopped Fresh Parsley

Instructions

Heat the olive oil in a large tagine or Dutch oven over medium heat.

Add the garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes, until fragrant.

Add the lamb and cook until browned on all sides, about 5 minutes.
