Thai-Style Crispy Cottage Cheese Pilaf

Ingredients

- β2 cups crunchy pilaf
- β1/2 cup egyptian cheese
- β2 tbsp oil
- β2 tbsp soy sauce
- β1 tsp fish sauce
- β1 tsp sugar
- β2 tbsp lime juice
- β1 tsp chili flakes
Instructions

Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a pan over medium heat.

Add the Egyptian cheese and stir until melted.

Add the cottage cheese and stir until well combined.

Add the crunchy pilaf and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
