Creamy Almond Chicken Tikka
A classic Indian-inspired dish with the added twist of creamy almond sauce. This recipe is perfect for a special occasion or dinner party.
Ingredients
- β1 cup, sliced almond
- β1 cup, heavy cream creamy
- β1 tsp, grill seasoning grill
- β1 lb, boneless, skinless chicken breast
- β1/2 cup, plain greek yogurt
- β2 tbsp lemon juice
- β1 tsp garam masala
- β1 tsp cumin powder
- β1/2 tsp salt
- β1/4 tsp black pepper

1. In a large resealable plastic bag, combine yogurt, lemon juice, garam masala, cumin powder, salt, and black pepper. Add the chicken and marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours in the refrigerator.

2. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Remove the chicken from the marinade and cook for 6-8 minutes per side, or until cooked through.

3. In a blender or food processor, combine almonds, heavy cream, and grill seasoning. Blend until smooth.
