SpƤtzle with Tagine-Style Tofu
A German-inspired vegetarian dish featuring crispy spƤtzle noodles topped with a flavorful tagine-style tofu, a North African twist.
Ingredients

- ā1/4 cup vegetable oil algerian
- ā1 block firm tofu tofu
- ā2 cups vegetable broth tagine
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

Mix together flour, egg, and a pinch of salt to form spƤtzle dough.

Pipe dough into boiling water, 2-3 minutes.

Remove spƤtzle with a slotted spoon and set aside.

Crumble tofu into small pieces and cook in a skillet with vegetable oil over medium heat.
