Puff Pastry Zesty Ukrainian Dough
A flaky pastry dough infused with the flavors of Ukraine, made with puff pastry and a hint of zesty goodness.

- β1/2 cup (crumbly) Zesty Ukrainian Dough (homemade or store-bought)
- β1 large (beaten) Egg
- β1 tablespoon Water
- β1/4 teaspoon Salt
- β1 tablespoon Sugar

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

Roll out puff pastry to a thickness of about 1/8 inch.

Sprinkle Ukrainian dough crumbles evenly over the center of the pastry, leaving a 1-inch border around the edges.

Brush the edges of the pastry with beaten egg.
