Polish-Style Zesty Pork Bowl
A hearty and flavorful Polish-inspired dish featuring zesty pork and herbal notes, served in a bowl.
Ingredients
- β1 pound Pork shoulder
- β1/2 pound Polish sausage
- β1 large Onionchopped
- β2 tablespoons Apple cider vinegar
- β1 teaspoon Zesty seasoning blend
- β1/4 cup Herbs (such as parsley, dill, or thyme)chopped
- β Salt and pepper

Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

Season the pork shoulder with salt, pepper, and zesty seasoning blend.

Sear the pork shoulder in a hot skillet for 2-3 minutes on each side.

Transfer the pork to a baking dish and roast for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through.

While the pork is cooking, heat the apple cider vinegar in a small saucepan over medium heat.

Add the chopped onion to the saucepan and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until softened.

Add the sliced Polish sausage to the saucepan and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.

To assemble the bowls, slice the cooked pork and place it in the bottom of a bowl.

Add a spoonful of the onion and sausage mixture on top of the pork.
