Sicilian Lamb Koftas
A flavorful and easy-to-make lamb kofta recipe inspired by Sicilian cuisine, served with a side of tangy zesty sauce. This dish is perfect for a quick dinner or lunch.

- β100ml zesty saucehomemade or store-bought
- β100g chewy breadcrumbled
- β100g cassata cheesecubed
- β1 medium onionfinely chopped
- β3 cloves garlicminced
- β1 tsp oreganodried
- β1 tsp saltto taste
- β1 tsp pepperto taste

In a large bowl, combine ground lamb, zesty sauce, chewy bread, cassata cheese, onion, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
