Cassata-Crusted Lamb Tacos
A twist on traditional tacos, this recipe features lamb coated in a crispy cassata crust, served in a taco shell with a hint of zesty sauce.
Ingredients

- β1 cup Cassata
- β1/2 cup Zesty Sauce (or Salsa)
- β4-6 Taco Shells
- β1/4 cup Chopped Cilantro
- β2 tablespoons Crushed Sicilian Olives
- β1/2 cup Shredded Cheese (optional)

Preheat the oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

Season the lamb shoulder with salt and pepper.

Roll out the cassata crust and coat the lamb shoulder, pressing the crust onto the meat.

Place the coated lamb on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.

While the lamb is cooking, warm the taco shells in the oven.
