Saudian Lamb Biryani
A flavorful and aromatic dish originating from Saudi Arabia, showcasing the rich taste of lamb and the essence of spices.

- β1.5 lbs Lamb shoulderBone-in for better flavor
- β2 cups Basmati riceLong-grain rice perfect for biryani

Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat. Brown the lamb on all sides, then set aside.

In the same pan, add sliced onions and cook until they're lightly browned.

Add the Arabian Spices and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.

Add the browned lamb back to the pan and stir to coat with the spice mixture.

In a separate pot, bring the water to a boil. Add the rice and cook until it's almost done.

In a large saucepan, create a layer of rice, followed by a layer of lamb, and then a layer of onions.

Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used up, finishing with a layer of rice on top.

Cover the saucepan with a tight-fitting lid and cook over low heat for 20-25 minutes.

Remove the lid and fluff the rice with a fork to separate the grains.
