Uruguayan Flatbread Naan
A unique twist on traditional Indian flatbread, infused with Uruguayan flavors. Perfect for serving with a variety of curries or stews.
Ingredients
- β1/2 cup, crumbled Gruyere cheese
- β4 flatbreads Uruguayan flatbread
- β1/4 cup Xenial yogurt
- β1/4 cup, chopped Cilantro
- β1 tsp Garam masala
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black pepper
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

Cut each flatbread into quarters.

Mix the crumbled Gruyere cheese with the chopped cilantro.

Dip each flatbread quarter into the Gruyere mixture, coating both sides evenly.

Place the coated flatbreads on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Drizzle the Xenial yogurt over the flatbreads.

Sprinkle the garam masala and salt over the flatbreads.

Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown.
