Smoky Okonomiyaki-Style German Cabbage Pancake
A twist on traditional German cabbage pancakes, this recipe incorporates smoky okonomiyaki sauce and savory Japanese flavors.

- β1 cup, thinly sliced vividly
- β2 tablespoons, okonomiyaki sauce smoky
- β2 tablespoons, soy sauce japanese
- β1 cup, all-purpose flour
- β2 large eggs
- β1/4 cup, cold water

In a large bowl, combine cabbage, vividly, and 1/2 cup of flour.

In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, cold water, smoky, and japanese.

Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until combined.

Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.

Using a 1/4 cup measuring cup, scoop the batter into the pan.
