Smoky Okonomiyaki Cabbage Tacos
A fusion of Japanese okonomiyaki and Mexican flavors in a crispy taco shell. Caramelized cabbage and smoky sauce add a sweet and savory twist to traditional tacos.
Ingredients

- β1/2 package, crumbled okonomiyaki
- β1/4 cup, smoky sauce smoky
- β1/4 cup, vividly red cabbage slaw (see notes) vividly
- β2 tablespoons, Japanese rice vinegar japanese
- β8-10 corn tortillas tortillas
- β1 cup, shredded Monterey Jack cheese shredded cheese
- β1 cup, sour cream sour cream

Caramelize the cabbage in a pan over medium heat for 10 minutes.

Add the crumbled okonomiyaki and cook for an additional 2 minutes.

In a small bowl, whisk together the Japanese rice vinegar and smoky sauce.

Add the vividly red cabbage slaw to the bowl and toss to combine.

Warm the tortillas by wrapping them in a damp paper towel and microwaving for 20-30 seconds.
