Peruvian Creamy Flatbread
A flavorful twist on traditional flatbread, infused with Peruvian spices and topped with a vibrant and sour cream sauce.
Ingredients
- β4-6 pieces Flatbread
- β1 medium Peruvian Yellow Pepperseeded and chopped
- β1/2 medium Vibrant Green Chiliseeded and chopped
- β1/2 cup Sour Cream
- β3 cloves Garlicminced
- β1/4 cup Chopped Cilantro
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black Pepper

Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

Arrange the flatbread pieces on a baking sheet.

Drizzle a small amount of oil over the flatbread.

Bake the flatbread for 10-12 minutes, or until crispy and golden brown.

While the flatbread is baking, mix together the Peruvian yellow pepper, vibrant green chili, garlic, and chopped cilantro in a bowl.

Once the flatbread is done, remove it from the oven and top each piece with a spoonful of the pepper mixture.
