Grilled Trout with Toastie Crust

- β2 tablespoons butterunsalted
- β1/4 cup parmesangrated

Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.

Rinse the trout fillets and pat dry with paper towels.

In a small bowl, mix together the butter, parmesan, salt, and pepper.
