Tender Irish Chicken Curry
A flavorful and spicy Indian-inspired dish made with tender chicken, Irish ingredients, and a blend of aromatic spices.
Ingredients
- β1 pound chicken breastcut into 1-inch pieces
- β2 tablespoons irish butter
- β1 medium onionchopped
- β1 teaspoon garam masala
- β1 teaspoon cumin powder
- β1 teaspoon coriander powder
- β1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- β2 tablespoons tomato paste
- β1 cup coconut milk
- βto taste salt

Heat 1 tablespoon of irish butter in a large pan over medium heat.

Add the chopped onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

Add the chicken to the pan and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.

Add the garam masala, cumin powder, coriander powder, and cayenne pepper to the pan and cook for 1 minute.
