Creamy Basil Curry

- β2 tbsp Currystore-bought or homemade
- β2 tsp TangyIndian-style yogurt or lemon juice
- β1 tbsp Oilcoconut or vegetable oil
- β1 medium Onionchopped
- β3 cloves Garlicminced
- β2 medium Tomatodiced
- β1 cup Coconut milkfull-fat or low-fat

Instructions

Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat.
