Keto Indian Butter Chicken
A rich and flavorful keto dish with tender chicken cooked in a creamy tomato curry sauce. Serve with a side of cauliflower rice for a low-carb meal.
Ingredients

- β2 tbsp butter
- β2 tsp curry powder
- β2 medium tomatoes
- β1 cup heavy cream
- β1 cup basil
- β1 tsp garam masala
- βto taste salt
- βto taste black pepper
- β1/4 cup tangy cheese

1. Season the chicken breast with salt and black pepper.

2. In a large skillet, melt 1 tbsp of butter over medium-high heat.

3. Add the chicken to the skillet and cook until browned, about 5-6 minutes.

4. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

5. In the same skillet, add the remaining 1 tbsp of butter and melt.

6. Add the curry powder and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.

7. Add the diced tomatoes and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until they start to break down.

8. Add the heavy cream and garam masala to the skillet and stir to combine.
