Sweet and Sour Pork Tacos

- β500g pork shouldercut into small pieces
- β6 slices streaky baconcut into small pieces
- β1 cup azucaradodried
- β8-10 tacoscorn or flour
- β2 tablespoons vegetable oilfor frying
- β2 tablespoons soy saucefor marinade
- β1 tablespoon honeyfor marinade
- β1 tablespoon rice vinegarfor marinade
- β1 tablespoon brown sugarfor marinade

1. Marinate the pork shoulder in a mixture of soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, and brown sugar for at least 30 minutes.

2. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
