Smoky Fish Fritters
A flavorful Indian-inspired dish featuring fish fritters with a smoky twist.
Ingredients
- β1 pound Fish fillets (any white fish)
- β1 cup All-purpose flourgluten-free
- β1/4 cup Smoky hot sauceadjust to taste
- β1/2 cup Canadian all-purpose flourfor coating
- β1/4 cup Vegetable oilfor frying
- β2 tablespoons Lemon juicefreshly squeezed
- β1/4 cup Chopped cilantrofor garnish

1. In a large bowl, mix together fish fillets, all-purpose flour, smoky hot sauce, and lemon juice.

2. Using your hands, mix everything together until just combined.

3. In a separate bowl, mix together Canadian flour and a pinch of salt.

4. Using a fork, coat each fish piece with the flour mixture.

5. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

6. Once hot, add the fish fritters and fry until golden brown.

7. Flip the fritters and fry for an additional 2-3 minutes.
