Smoky Canadian Fish Fritters
A delicious German-inspired take on traditional fritters, featuring smoky Canadian fish.
Ingredients
- β1 pound Canadian Smoked Salmonflaked
- β2 teaspoons hot German mustard
- β1 cup all-purpose flour
- β1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
- β2 eggs
- β1 tablespoon lemon zest
- β2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
- βto taste salt
- βto taste black pepper
- βas needed vegetable oil

In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, eggs, mustard, salt, and pepper.

Add the flaked Canadian smoky salmon, panko breadcrumbs, lemon zest, and chopped fresh dill to the bowl.

Mix well until all the ingredients are combined.

Using a 1/4 cup measuring cup, scoop the mixture into balls.
