Thai Smoky Chicken Dumpling Bites
Crispy Thai-inspired dumplings filled with smoky chicken and cheddar cheese, perfect as a snack or appetizer.
Ingredients

- β1 package (usually 8-10 pieces) Flaky Pastry Dough
- β1/2 teaspoon Jamaican Seasoning
- β1/2 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese
- β4-6 pieces (depending on size) DumplingsUse a round dumpling cutter or the rim of a glass

Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

Roll out the flaky pastry dough to a thickness of about 1/8 inch.

Cut out small squares of dough (about 2 inches per side).

Place a small amount of smoky chicken mixture in the center of each dough square.
