Turkish Lamb Kebap
A traditional Turkish dish featuring marinated lamb kebap grilled to perfection.
Ingredients
- ●500g LambCut into 1-inch cubes
- ●2 tbsp Turkish Adana Kebap Spice MixAvailable at most Middle Eastern grocery stores
- ●2 tbsp Olive OilFor grilling
- ●4 slices Rye BreadFor serving
- ●2 tbsp Robust Red VinegarFor serving (optional)

1. In a large bowl, combine lamb, Turkish Adana Kebap Spice Mix, and 1 tablespoon olive oil. Mix well to coat lamb cubes.

2. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.

3. Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.

4. Remove lamb from marinade, letting any excess liquid drip off.

5. Grill lamb cubes for 4-5 minutes per side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).

6. Transfer lamb to a serving platter or individual plates.

7. Grill rye bread slices for 1-2 minutes per side, or until lightly toasted.

8. Serve lamb with grilled rye bread and a drizzle of robust red vinegar (if desired).
