Australian Cherry Tomato Tart
A sweet and savory tart filled with roasted Australian cherry tomatoes and a hint of tartness.

- β1 sheet Tart pastry doughhomemade or store-bought
- β1/4 cup Unsalted buttermelted
- β1/4 cup Fresh basilchopped
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black pepper
- β1/2 teaspoon Garlic powder
- β2 tablespoons Olive oil

2. Roll out the tart pastry dough to a thickness of about 1/8 inch.

3. Transfer the dough to a 9-inch tart pan with a removable bottom.

4. Trim the edges of the dough and press it into the corners of the pan.

5. In a large bowl, toss the cherry tomatoes with the olive oil, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.

6. Spread the cherry tomatoes over the tart dough, leaving a 1-inch border around the edges.
