Keto Australian Cherry Tomato Tart
A delicious keto tart filled with roasted Australian cherry tomatoes and topped with a flaky tart crust.
Ingredients
- β1 cup Australian cherry tomatoeshalved
- β2 cloves Roasted garlicminced
- β1 sheet Tart crusthomemade or store-bought
- β1/4 cup Fresh basilchopped
- β1/2 cup Feta cheesecrumbled
- β2 tbsp Olive oilfor brushing tart crust
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black pepper
- β1 Eggbeaten
- β1/4 cup Heavy creamfor egg wash

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

Roll out tart crust and place in a 9-inch tart pan.

Brush tart crust with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and black pepper.

Spread roasted garlic over the tart crust.

Arrange Australian cherry tomatoes over the garlic.

Top with feta cheese and chopped fresh basil.

In a small bowl, whisk together egg and heavy cream.
