Teque Paella
A flavorful and hearty Spanish-inspired dish featuring richly roasted vegetables, teque sauce, and paella rice. This recipe serves 4-6 people and is perfect for a weekend dinner.
Ingredients

- ●1/2 cup teque sauce
- ●2 tablespoons olive oilfor cooking

- ●1 medium red bell pepperchopped

Heat the olive oil in a large paella pan over medium-high heat.

Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent, about 3-4 minutes.

Add the chopped red bell pepper and sauté for another 2-3 minutes.

Add the chopped zucchini and sauté for another 2-3 minutes.

Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute, until fragrant.

Add the paella rice and stir to combine with the vegetables and oil.

Add the teque sauce and stir to combine.

Add 2 cups of water to the paella pan and bring to a boil.

Reduce the heat to low and simmer, covered, for 20-25 minutes, or until the rice is cooked and the liquid has been absorbed.
