Kenyan Stew

- β2 medium Carrots
- β2 medium Potatoes
- β2 tsp Kenyan spicesUse a combination of cumin, coriander, and turmeric
- β1/2 cup Cashew nuts
- β2 tbsp Dense tomato paste
- β2 cups Water
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black pepper

Instructions

Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat.
