Ethiopian Style Filo Pie

- β1 sheet Pastry doughfor crust
- β1 medium Onionchopped
- β2 cloves Garlicminced
- β1 cup Spinachfresh, chopped
- β1 tsp Cuminground
- β1 tsp Corianderground
- β1/2 tsp Cayenne pepperground
- β1/2 tsp Saltground
- β1/4 tsp Black pepperground
- β2 tbsp Buttermelted

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

Roll out the filo dough to a thickness of about 1/8 inch.

Cut the filo into squares, about 4 inches per side.

Place a spoonful of the spinach mixture in the center of each square.

Brush the edges with melted butter and fold the filo in half to form a triangle.
