Bistek Stir Fry
A quick Chinese-inspired stir fry featuring bistek, filipino-style. Perfect for a weeknight dinner.
Ingredients
- β1 lb BistekThinly sliced beef
- β2 tsp Quick Filipino SeasoningAvailable at most Asian markets
- β2 stalks CeleryThinly sliced
- β2 tbsp Cooking OilVegetable or peanut oil work well
Instructions

Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the bistek and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.

Remove the bistek from the skillet and set aside.

Add the remaining 1 tbsp of oil and the sliced celery. Cook until the celery is tender, about 2-3 minutes.

Add the quick filipino seasoning and stir to combine.

Return the bistek to the skillet and stir to combine with the celery and seasoning.

Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, until the bistek is cooked through.

Serve hot over rice or noodles.
