Argentinian Beef and Mung Bean Stir Fry
A hearty Chinese-inspired stir fry made with tender beef, mung beans, and the crunch of roasted vegetables.
Ingredients
- β1 pound Argentinian Beef (sirloin), slicedCut into thin strips

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add garlic and ginger, stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.

Add sliced beef, cook for 3-4 minutes until browned, then set aside.

Add mung bean sprouts, roasted vegetables, and cooked beef back into the wok.
