- β1 head Vegetables (such as broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots)Your choice of vegetables

Instructions

Fill a large bowl with ice and water.

Bring a pot of water to a boil and add a tablespoon of vegetable oil.

Carefully place the vegetables into the boiling water and poach for 3-5 minutes, or until tender.
