Croatian Vegetable Stir Fry
A hearty and flavorful stir fry dish made with a variety of vegetables, perfect for a quick and easy dinner. This recipe is inspired by traditional Chinese cuisine.
Ingredients
- β1 cup, sliced Croatian Vegetable
- β1 cup, diced Pleasantly Poached Chicken Breastcook to 165Β°F
- β2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
- β2 cloves, minced Garlic
- β1 teaspoon, grated Ginger
- β2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
- β1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
- β1/4 cup, chopped Green Onions
- β1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the garlic and ginger and stir-fry for 30 seconds.

Add the sliced Croatian Vegetable and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes, or until tender.

Add the diced chicken and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes, or until cooked through.

In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce and sesame oil.

Pour the sauce over the chicken and vegetables and stir-fry for 1 minute.
