Pan-Seared Parsnip Fritters with French Twist

Preheat the oil in a deep frying pan to 350Β°F (175Β°C).

In a bowl, mix together the grated parsnip, flour, breadcrumbs, egg, melted butter, salt, and pepper.

Using your hands, shape the mixture into small patties.

Dust the patties with flour, shaking off any excess.
