Pan-Roasted Parsnip with Jalebi Crunch

- β4-6 pieces jalebicrushed into small pieces
- β2 tbsp olive oilfor roasting

Preheat the oven to 425Β°F (220Β°C).

Toss the parsnip cubes with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and garam masala on a baking sheet.

Roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the parsnips are tender and caramelized.
